Benefits of Cocktails On Tap

Why should bar owners care?

Cost Reduction

No more heavy, inconsistent pours. Each cocktail will cost you the same amount every time.

Increased Efficiency

Rather than having to mix a single cocktail every time it’s ordered, you can mix an entire batch at once. This allows for massively reduced labor costs.

Very Little Waist

Every tenth of an ounce is tracked. No free shots are given away, and drink tabs can’t be “forgotten” or incorrectly entered into the POS.

Product Quality and Consistency

Tapped cocktails deliver consistent taste, unlike cocktails mixed individually by different bartenders. Cocktails from self-pour taps have the same taste every time the guest refills their glass.

Beer Dispense Technology

Cocktails On Tap served using beer dispense technology allows cocktails to be served incredibly quick

Popular Cocktails

Our system helps high-turnover bars, clubs, beach bars and hotels to supplement the more popular cocktails rather than replace made-to-order cocktails

2 Months Shelf Life

20L kegs of pre-prepared cocktails, with alcohol already included, are supplied to the bar, ready to serve, with a shelf life of two months once tapped

Room Temperature Storage

The kegs are not required to be chilled and can be stored at ambient temperature

No Cooler System

Room temperature kegs can be tapped and served immediately. No cooler system is required as the cocktails will be garnished and iced by the barman.

No Wastage

As cocktails are dispensed, gas is pushed into the keg to ensure the bag within the keg fully empties to prevent any wastage.

Cleaning

The system needs the same cleaning as any other beer system. This needs to be done every two weeks because of sugar content.

Save Time

Speed of service will save an average of 4.5 minutes per cocktail

Avoid Corrosion

A special stainless steel tap system is used to avoid corrosion

Simplified Inventory

Say goodbye to the days of dealing with hundreds of bottles everywhere. Keep track of a few kegs at a time
and only bottles for liquor.
